Play a key role in developing KESSEL´s presence in Norway. Build new customer relationships, identify exciting projects and create long-term sales partnerships in the Norwegian market.

Your responsibilities

As Business Development Manager Norway, you will play a key role in building and developing KESSEL's presence in the Norwegian market. You will identify new projects and business opportunities, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and establish KESSEL as a trusted partner in the Norwegian construction market.

  • Identify, analyse and pursue relevant tenders and construction projects
  • Position KESSEL products and solutions in specifications, tenders and project planning
  • Prepare and follow up on project quotations and build a sustainable project pipeline
  • Identify and acquire new customers within the project business and trade sector
  • Develop new sales partnerships and additional distribution channels across Norway
  • Support and further develop existing sales partners
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with consultants, architects, engineering firms, investors, developers and contractors
  • Provide technical advice and deliver product presentations and customer meetings
  • Conduct market, competitor and potential analyses and identify new business opportunities
  • Represent KESSEL in the Norwegian market

Your profile

  • Technical or commercial education or degree, ideally related to construction, building services, HVAC/plumbing or international sales
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, project sales or business development
  • Experience with tenders and project-based sales processes
  • Strong knowledge of the Norwegian construction and project market
  • An established network within the Norwegian construction industry is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, enabling professional communication and negotiations with customers, partners and project stakeholders
  • Confident use of CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience working with sales partners and international organisations
  • A high degree of initiative, self-organisation and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • An analytical and structured approach combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident communication with decision-makers and project stakeholders, with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Norway and, in the future, across Scandinavia
  • Good understanding of the Norwegian market and its business and decision-making processes
